By 2021, the business had reached a seven-figure valuation, marking the beginning of his journey as a successful entrepreneur. This early achievement sparked a deep interest in real estate, prompting him to build an expanding portfolio with a focus on projects that create meaningful community impact.In 2022, Joshua graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Engineering from the University of Hawaii.
